The Responses tab in the Subo Web App lets you browse every individual response to your survey — who answered, when, and what they said. You must be an Admin or the Creator of the project to access it.

1. Overview

While the Results tab shows aggregate data, the Responses tab shows each person's answers individually. Use it to:

• Review a specific respondent's full answer set
• See when each response was submitted
• Take action on individual responses (delete, award XP, assign a role)

2. The response list

The response list shows one row per completed response, including:

• Respondent name — Discord username and avatar
• Submission date & time
• Status — completed or partial
• A preview of their first answer

Click any row to expand the full response.

3. The member info sidebar

When you click on a response, a sidebar opens on the right showing information about that respondent:

• Discord avatar and username
• Server join date — how long they've been a member
• Roles — their current Discord roles in the server
