This allows you to respond to any application, inquiry, or request in a timely and efficient manner.
Edit Mode
after creating your survey or at any point with the /edit

buttonSelect who can read new responses. Select ‘no one’ if you want to disable logs, or select the user or roles that should have access to the logs. If you select ‘Other roles’, you will get a chance to select any server role in the next step (e.g. ‘members’)
Select where you want to post the logs as they come in. It could be the Creator Channel or any other channel you want.
Decide if you want to ping these users with a ping or not when new submissions come in. Note: to avoid spam, Subo will it is not possible to ping ‘everyone’
Select to log new responses in a thread or directly in channels if possible? If so, I will create threads (private or public if logs open to everyone) inside the channel you request.
If you select ‘Yes’, Subo will create, when the first respondent completes the survey, a new private thread in the channel defined in step 4 and post responses from each new respondent in a new message. If you select ‘No’, it will post new responses directly in the channel selected in 4.
It is also possible to set up response logs & notifications as the default for new surveys created on the server.

These server settings will be used by default on new surveys that you create. To disable or edit these defaults, make changes at the survey level as explained above.
If the survey is in Confidential or Transparent privacy mode, the message will include the user’s name, when they joined, and what roles they have on your community, followed by all individual answers.
If the survey is in ‘Anonymous’ mode, the message will only include individual answers but no personal information about the individual. For more about privacy modes, read the tutorial: Privacy modes
Subo will keep adding new messages in the channel or thread selected with each new response.
