How to set up at the survey level?

If enabled, this feature will log all new survey entries into a thread or channel of your choice, to be viewed by the survey author, any role of your choice, or even everyone. Ping if needed

This allows you to respond to any application, inquiry, or request in a timely and efficient manner.

  1. Go to Edit Mode after creating your survey or at any point with the /edit command (see /edit: Edit Mode )
  2. Select the 🔔Response logs & notifications button

  1. Select who can read new responses. Select ‘no one’ if you want to disable logs, or select the user or roles that should have access to the logs. If you select ‘Other roles’, you will get a chance to select any server role in the next step (e.g. ‘members’)

  2. Select where you want to post the logs as they come in. It could be the Creator Channel or any other channel you want.

  3. Decide if you want to ping these users with a ping or not when new submissions come in. Note: to avoid spam, Subo will it is not possible to ping ‘everyone’

  4. Select to log new responses in a thread or directly in channels if possible? If so, I will create threads (private or public if logs open to everyone) inside the channel you request.

    If you select ‘Yes’, Subo will create, when the first respondent completes the survey, a new private thread in the channel defined in step 4 and post responses from each new respondent in a new message. If you select ‘No’, it will post new responses directly in the channel selected in 4.

    How to set up as server default

    It is also possible to set up response logs & notifications as the default for new surveys created on the server.
