The Invite tab in the Subo Web App is where you choose which respondents and where they will answer your questions, and customize how your survey invitation looks in Discord.

1. Overview

The Invite tab has four sections:

1. Answer Zone — who answers your survey (anyone or just your community), and where respondents answer the questions (Discord or Web)
2. Web theme & interviewer — visual style of the web survey form

3. Web Invitation — view, copy or share the web link:

1. Discord Invitation embed — the appearance of the invitation message posted in your server, which channel to post in and who can respond (required roles)

2. Customizing the Discord invitation embed

The invitation embed is the Discord message your members see when a survey is posted. You can customize:

Posting channel

Select the Discord channel where the invitation embed will be posted. Only channels where Subo has permission to send messages will appear in the list.

Role requirement

Optionally restrict the survey to members with specific Discord roles. Members without the role(s) will see the invitation but cannot participate.

• Image URL — a full-width image displayed inside the embed body
• Thumbnail URL — a small image shown in the top-right corner of the embed
