The Invite tab in the Subo Web App is where you customize how your survey invitation looks in Discord, choose where respondents will answer their questions, and post the survey to your server.

1. Overview

The Invite tab has four sections:

  1. Discord embed — the appearance of the invitation message posted in your server
  2. Answer Zonewhere respondents answer the questions (the most important setting)
  3. Channel & access — which channel to post in and who can respond
  4. Web theme & interviewer — visual style of the web survey form

2. Customizing the Discord invitation embed

The invitation embed is the Discord message your members see when a survey is posted. You can customize:

Color

Click the color swatch to open a color picker, or type a hex code directly (e.g. #5865F2). This sets the left-side accent color of the Discord embed.

Title & description

The title is the bold headline of the embed. The description is the body text below it. Both support Discord markdown (bold, italics, links).

Call-to-action (CTA) button text

The CTA is the text on the button respondents click to start the survey. Default: Take the survey. Customize it to match your tone (e.g. Share your opinion, Apply now).
