(updated May 7, 2024)
This tutorial is both for polls and surveys.
Invite Subo to your Discord server, create a survey or a poll, and post it to get participants
Once your project received responses from participants, you can view the results.
5. Automatically display/post the summary report when the survey stops
8. For polls only: display results during and/or after the vote
The summary report is displayed inside your Discord server in a private thread under your Creator channel. There are 4 ways to get it:
/results
command and select the poll or survey....
then Apps
and Results
(on a PC, you can right-click on the survey embed to select Apps
)Results
button from your home (/home
).Edit mode
, just hit the Results
button.Subo will open a new private thread with the summary report.
You can generate reports at any time, even if the survey is still in progress. Results will be marked as ‘partial’ if the survey is still in progress, and ‘final’ otherwise.
<aside>
⚠️ In the summary report, Subo only displays aggregated results for closed questions and open numeric questions, and an AI-generated summary of open answers (if Text analysis
is turned on - see Text Analysis: summarize open responses with AI for more).

If the project’s privacy mode is ‘transparent’ or ‘semi-private’, you can view individual responses by hitting the Individual responses
button after requesting the summary report.
