This tutorial is both for polls and surveys.

• Invite Subo to your Discord server, create a survey or a poll, and post it to get participants

• Once your project received responses from participants, you can view the results.

• 5. Automatically display/post the summary report when the survey stops

• 6. Auto-Post results as a server setting

• 7. Get notified and receive new responses (Premium)

• 8. For polls only: display results during and/or after the vote

1. View the results summary

• The summary report is displayed inside your Discord server in a private thread under your Creator channel. There are 4 ways to get it:

  • Hit the /results command and select the poll or survey.

  

  • Or from the poll or survey invitation message, hit the message’s contextual command with ... then Apps and Results (on a PC, you can right-click on the survey embed to select Apps)

  

  • Or hit the Results button from your home (/home).

  

  • Or if you are already in [Edit mode](<https://suboai.notion.site/edit-Edit-Mode-235afa301cbe453fa63e545a40b80e5d>), just hit the Results button.

  

• Subo will open a new private thread with the summary report.

  

• You can generate reports at any time, even if the survey is still in progress. Results will be marked as ‘partial’ if the survey is still in progress, and ‘final’ otherwise.

<aside> ⚠️ In the summary report, Subo only displays results for closed questions and open numeric questions, plus a summary of open answers if Text analysisis turned on (see Text Analysis: summarize open responses with AI for more). To view individual answers to open text questions, you can request the full report.

2. View Individual responses

If the project’s privacy mode is ‘transparent’ or ‘semi-private’, you can view individual responses by hitting the Individual responses button after requesting the summary report.
